If you are unhappy with your products after purchasing or trying them out, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of receiving your order. Qualifying returns must be at least 50% full. You can receive a full refund to the original form of payment or store credit. Returns are available to US customers ONLY. The customer is responsible for any return shipping cost. We reserve the right to limit or refuse a return based on internal policies.

Additionally, partial returns of bundles are not allowed. Gift cards and initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will happily send a replacement if a product arrives broken or damaged. A photograph of the damage/defect is required and must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

Regular wear is normal with use and is not covered by our return or exchange policy. Defects that inhibit the use of the product warrant a replacement. 

 All orders take 1-3 business days to process before being shipped out. (During the holiday season it may be extended) We are not responsible for and are excused from performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather-related delays.

Orders placed After 12PM eastern time will ship the following business day for Rush and Expedited Orders.

Free Domestic shipping on orders over $75

Please note only qualifying states within the inner 48 states of the continental USA qualify for free shipping. This does not include (Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands) 

International Shipping

International shipping is subject to extra shipping charges invoiced. Price and factor change on distance, weight, and qty of items. An invoice will be sent with an updated total if the shipping is greater than quoted. 

Expedited Shipping

Orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipment. Expedited shipping is available for domestic orders and prices vary by quantity of items in the cart. Expedited orders take 3-5 business days to deliver once shipped. 

Rush Delivery 

Orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipment. Rush delivery is available for domestic orders and prices vary by quantity of items in the cart. Rush orders take 1-3 business days to deliver once shipped (within the immediate 48 states). Anything outside of the 48 states can take an additional 1-3 business days once shipped. 

 

• P.O. Boxes are NOT delivered within 1 business day (UPS & USPS gives a 1-3 business day delivery estimate for orders placed with P.O. Box addresses) 

 

Rush Packages

Orders placed on Friday for Rush Shipping are not guaranteed for Saturday Delivery (Customers must contact us to pay for additional Saturday Delivery). Rush orders placed on Saturday will be shipped out the following business day. It is the customers responsibility to be available for the package, should USPS, UPS, or FedEx feel the package is unsafe to leave at the delivery location your package may be delayed. 

International Rush & Expedited

Orders placed with this shipping option are expected to deliver within 5 business days as we can only guarantee Rush shipping for the Domestic United States. Customs clearance, duties & taxes, may cause delays in delivery. 

Please note P.O. Boxes will ship priority but may not deliver within 1-3 business days if Rush is selected. 

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION We recommend all orders over the value of $150 add Signature confirmation onto orders. Standard signature confirmation would be invoiced after the order has been placed. Price of signature depends on the amount/weight of the package. Please contact us with your order number to add signature confirmation to your order.
